By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. NorthStar Hobbs Tree Services provides professional tree care services in Hobbs, NM and surrounding areas. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We offer tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and related tree care services. All services are subject to availability and proper scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the work is unsafe or beyond our scope.

Service estimates are provided based on the information you give us. Final costs may vary if we discover additional issues or complications once work begins. We will always inform you of any significant changes before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before starting work.

If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, we may charge a late fee and pursue collection. You are responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees.

We do our best to arrive on time and complete work as scheduled. Weather, equipment issues, or emergencies may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee, especially if we have already mobilized equipment or crew to your location.

You agree to provide clear access to work areas and to remove or protect any items that could be damaged during tree work. This includes outdoor furniture, decorations, vehicles, and other personal property. We are not responsible for damage to items you did not move or protect.

You also agree to keep pets and children away from work areas for safety. Tree work involves heavy equipment, falling branches, and other hazards.

NorthStar Hobbs Tree Services carries general liability insurance to protect you and your property. However, we are not liable for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances such as hidden defects in trees, underground utilities not marked by you or the utility company, or acts of nature.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. If you believe we caused damage, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion.

You are responsible for obtaining any permits required for tree work on your property. We can advise you on local regulations, but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws and HOA rules.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

However, we cannot guarantee that trees will not fail or that problems will not occur after our work is complete. Trees are living organisms affected by weather, disease, and many factors beyond our control.

Emergency tree removal services are provided on an as-available basis. We make every effort to respond quickly to emergencies, but we cannot guarantee specific response times. Emergency services may incur additional charges due to after-hours work, difficult access, or urgent nature of the situation.

If a dispute arises, we prefer to resolve it directly with you. If we cannot reach an agreement, any legal action must be filed in the courts of Lea County, New Mexico. These terms are governed by New Mexico state law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
